Hope my Rebels had a great weekend. So lately I've been dapping in the makeup game. Everyone that knows me know I'm more of a natural girl. A little mascara and lip gloss would just be fine. I didn't want to splurge on something that I really wasn't familiar with. So I made a trip to the drug store. Picked out a lipstick,mascara, and eyeliner.
The lipstick brand I purchased is L.A Colors in hot pink. One reason I choose this brand , well the main reason was the price. I'm definitely not trying to throw money down the drain on trial and error. However the price was cheap but I can honestly say for a first timer I love it. It glides on smooth and last a long time, well of course if your not eating.
My mascara brand ,NYC Big and Bold. With me being blessed with long eyelashes. I usually use mascara for volume. And this mascara answers that call. Every-time I apply 2 coats of mascara someone asks me "girl who did your lashes?".
So last is the eyeliner. I'm an eyeliner virgin so I decided to purchase the pencil and not the liquid. My eyeliner brand is also L.A Colors. After my first attempt which was a fail. I decided to look up tutorials. After a few views on YouTube. I got the hang of it. I can honestly say that the eyeliner does goes hand in hand with the mascara to achieve the voluminous look I'm always trying to achieve. So the next test will be if I'm able to do the cat eye or will I need the liquid.
