Are the 90's and ugly 80's making a comeback?

Lately I have been noticing a trend that seems to be just like the 90's or is it the ugly 80's. Are the denim overalls making a comeback????  Are we all farmers now? Little toddlers playing on the playground???? I have even notice that overalls were present on the fashion runways. Are we in a twilight zone or the designers just getting lazy and "revamping" the olden days? I understand the whole vintage look and everything but really, overalls?? I remember when rocking only one strip to earn cool points. I wonder is that going to be seen in the next issue of Instyle. Some overalls are being restyled to be more fitted in the waist, made in different fabrics and textures and to have tampered legs.  I guess if they change just a little,buyers will be more interested in buying. I will not fall into this epidemic of re-visiting the past. The floral print I can deal with and even the bulky Dr. Martens combat boots, but these overalls I cant deal. I guess since they put Rhianna in denim overalls they'll be sold out in minutes. Please lets try another trend designers. The 90's were years ago we do not need to revisit the past.
