1. Always try the dress at the store, NEVER wait to get home,to try it. I know that should be common sense but common sense isn't always common.
2.Play with different textures and fabrics that flatter your shape and size. What may look good on someone else isn't a guarantee that it will look good on you.
3.If you are going to do separate pieces and don't want to do the all white you can play it safe with different shades of white. Try to pair a snow white blouse with an ivory skirt. Play off different hues to your comfort level.
4.Light colors do attract attention but you can use white to emphasize parts of your body. For example you have great legs, emphasize those legs with white linen shorts then opt for slightly darker hue, eggshell for example, on top.
5.Accessorize!!!! Add pop of color for a fun, flirty look or for a more workplace look use neutral tones or gold bangles. Don't go into accessorize overload just enough to bring it all together.
6.Keep you white, white. We all know to separate the dark and white loads in the laundry but also do it in your closet. Those new denim jeans can easily fad on that white skirt by simply sharing space. So organize your closet with all darks together and all whites together.
So all my rebels use either one or all of tips and make it your way for a fabulous white ensemble. 💋
